Returns and Refunds
Purchases are strictly not returnable nor refundable.

Exchange
Exchange is strictly only for defective products that have been approved for exchange by the supplier.

Please contact us within 3 days from date you received the item and provide photos and more information on the defects and arrange for the item to be returned to us.

Once we received your item, we will send it to the supplier for inspection and if the exchange is approved, we will have the item shipped to you at no cost when the exchanged item reached us.

We take our utmost effort to notify you on the status of your request at every stage of the exchange.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You may also opt to return the item to us personally, do contact us for the address.
